Whole Foods Market – Cheshire

At the heart of The Shops at Stone Bridge in Cheshire, CM&B delivered a 42,000-SF ground-up Whole Foods Market—the anchor tenant for this new lifestyle center. As part of a broader retail development totaling over 150,000 SF, the project required careful coordination with neighboring tenants, site planning, and infrastructure to ensure a seamless and high-performance shopping environment.

In partnership with Regency Centers, BRR Architecture, and StudioGee Architecture & Design, CM&B executed all interior construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems necessary to support full grocery operations, including fresh, prepared, and specialty foods. Every department and fixture was strategically aligned to enhance customer flow, operational efficiency, and brand identity, reflecting CM&B’s expertise in high-volume, high-performance grocery construction.
