CM&B partnered with the McGee Automotive Family to transform a 4-acre site in Lenox, MA into a new automotive campus featuring a 24,000-SF Audi-Volkswagen dealership and a 17,500-SF BMW dealership. The project began with the demolition of seven existing structures and evolved into the simultaneous construction of two state-of-the-art facilities designed to support sales, service, and customer experience while meeting the distinct standards of three global automotive brands.
As the fourth project completed with the McGee Automotive Family, the development reflects a growing partnership built on trust, performance, and shared ambition. From site redevelopment through final construction, CM&B provided the planning, coordination, and execution required to deliver a complex, multi-building project that supports the client’s long-term growth in the Berkshires.
