CM&B completed the 10,000-SF, two-level build-out of Maple & Ash at 131 Seaport Boulevard, delivering the brand’s first Northeast location in Boston’s Seaport District. Executed within an active mixed-use residential tower, the project required careful coordination, precise phasing, and disciplined logistics to meet the demands of a high-profile hospitality environment.

Working in close collaboration with Maple Hospitality Group, Cass Calder Smith, Studio K, and WS Development, CM&B delivered a highly detailed restaurant featuring custom millwork, bespoke bar elements, and luxury finishes throughout. The result is a high-performance dining environment that aligns with the Maple & Ash brand—elevated, refined, and built to operate at scale.
