CM&B completed an expansion at The Verb Hotel that introduced ten prefabricated guest buildings to the existing property, creating a one-of-a-kind urban hospitality enclave steps from Fenway Park.
Constructed within the hotel’s former parking lot, the project required precise coordination, crane placement, and urban logistics in a dense Fenway location adjacent to an actively operating hotel. Each prefabricated structure was custom-built from the ground up, and installed as permanent, code-compliant guest accommodations fully integrated with the hotel’s infrastructure. Designed to resemble retro touring campers, the units reinforce The Verb’s signature rock-and-roll aesthetic while functioning as high-performance hotel rooms aligned with the brand’s operational and comfort standards.
