CM&B completed the 9,000-SF interior fit-up and restoration of a historic building in Wellesley Square for Smith & Wollensky’s first suburban restaurant. The project translated the brand’s iconic steakhouse experience into a new setting, combining refined dining spaces, private event rooms, and a fully visible exhibition kitchen within a carefully restored architectural shell.

Interior fit-up of a 9,000-SF full-service steakhouse, adapting the brand’s traditional urban prototype to a multi-tenant suburban retail building
