CM&B completed a 5,000-SF ground-up project transforming an existing Alltown service station in Framingham, MA, into a new Alltown Fresh convenience market and fuel station for Global Partners. Rooted in a concept that prioritizes fresh, chef-crafted food, quality coffee, and modern design, Alltown Fresh reimagines the traditional convenience store—placing the kitchen and guest experience at the center, with fuel integrated into a broader mobility offering.

Behind this elevated experience was a highly complex construction effort, including full site demolition and redevelopment, extensive utility coordination across multiple providers, and the integration of high-speed diesel fueling and EV fast-charging infrastructure. The result is a fully modernized site that seamlessly blends retail, food service, and fueling within a challenging active environment.
