CM&B delivered a 78,000-SF ground-up wholesale foodservice warehouse in Milford, MA for Restaurant Depot, designed to support high-volume commercial operations and continuous cold-chain logistics. The project is part of a 10-year, multi-state partnership with Restaurant Depot, encompassing five projects across three states and 439,000 total square feet, including ground-up construction, occupied renovations, phased renovations, and retail conversions.
The build included durable precast concrete walls, specialized industrial refrigeration, sub-slab freezer venting, and site infrastructure designed for heavy delivery traffic and palletized warehouse operations.
