The project is part of a 10-year, multi-state partnership with Restaurant Depot, encompassing five projects across three states and 439,000 total square feet, including ground-up construction, occupied renovations, phased renovations, and retail conversions.

The build included durable precast concrete walls, specialized industrial refrigeration, sub-slab freezer venting, and site infrastructure designed for heavy delivery traffic and palletized warehouse operations.
