CM&B transformed a former Sears site at Northshore Mall into a modern, exterior-facing retail and dining destination. The multi-phase redevelopment included extensive demolition, sitework, and construction to create new retail pads, including the future 114,000-SF Life Time Fitness anchor. As part of this repositioning effort, CM&B delivered a new 23,000-SF L.L.Bean—one of the retailer’s largest locations—alongside new dining and retail spaces that reoriented the mall toward the community and established a more dynamic, street-facing experience.
