Chappaqua Crossing

CM&B led the comprehensive redevelopment of the historic 120-acre former Reader’s Digest headquarters into Chappaqua Crossing, a vibrant mixed-use community in Westchester County. Our work focused on the creation of over 120,000 SF of new retail space, including a 40,000-SF Whole Foods Market, five restaurants, and a curated mix of shops designed to complement the site’s natural setting. The redevelopment redefined the property as a walkable, modern destination while maintaining its historic character and connection to the community.
