CM&B completed the interior fit-out of Blue Ribbon Sushi at the base of Hotel Commonwealth, delivering a refined 120-seat dining environment that balances high-end craftsmanship with the technical demands of a modern sushi kitchen. The project combined detailed millwork, layered lighting, and upgraded building systems to create an elevated hospitality space aligned with Blue Ribbon’s nationally recognized restaurant brand.

Extensive custom millwork package including a signature sushi bar, banquette seating, decorative wood ceilings, integrated display elements, and a private dining area

Installation of a fully customized lighting system combining architectural, decorative, and task lighting to highlight the sushi bar and dining environment

Complex kitchen exhaust system routed through two adjacent tenant spaces and extending approximately 100 feet vertically to the roof
