BJ’s Wholesale Club

This project transformed a 102,000-SF former Sears anchor at Willowbrook Mall into a fully operational BJ’s Wholesale Club through a comprehensive adaptive reuse fit-out.

The team delivered a complex, expanded scope on schedule while working within an active super-regional mall environment. The work included major structural upgrades, full slab replacement, new loading dock construction, and significant utility infrastructure improvements — all in alignment with BJ’s national prototype standards.
