CM&B delivered a 12,000-SF ground-up Volvo dealership for Bernardi Auto Group along Route 9 in Natick, MA, built to Volvo’s latest prototype standards. The project included six modern service bays, updated showroom and administrative spaces, and a contemporary exterior combining ACM panels, insulated metal panels (IMPs), and curtain wall glazing.

Located within a water supply protection district, the project required innovative stormwater management solutions. CM&B and the design team successfully upgraded and reused a 20-year-old infiltration system, achieving compliance with strict environmental regulations while delivering significant cost savings and long-term sustainability for the client.
