CM&B partnered with the Encore Boston Harbor team to reimagine existing spaces within the resort’s operational casino and luxury hotel. The former buffet area was transformed into Boston’s first sports betting venue—WynnBET Sports Bar—while the previous BRU Coffee shop was converted into the Rare Lounge, an elegant extension of the renowned Rare Steakhouse. Both projects required meticulous coordination to deliver high-end finishes and complex construction scopes without disrupting Encore’s premium guest experience.
