CM&B transformed a 27,000-SF building in Dorchester, MA into MAX Ultimate Food’s new state-of-the-art catering facility and corporate headquarters. The three-floor build-out brings advanced production kitchens, expansive cold storage, warehousing, and modern office space together under one roof—purpose-built to support high-end events at scale.

As our first collaboration with MAX Ultimate Food, a premier Boston catering company and member of the Restaurant Associates and Compass family, the project delivers a high-performance culinary environment engineered for precision, efficiency, and continued growth—while establishing a long-term home in the Dorchester community.

Construction of a new structural floor slab and 3,000-SF mezzanine addition, including installation of a material hoist

Installation of four new multi-level coolers connected to a rooftop refrigeration system, delivering over 2,500 SF of cold storage

Deployment of advanced commercial cooking equipment—including fryolators, combi ovens, and tilt kettles—across multiple floors

Installation of a 65+ foot stainless steel hood system servicing the primary cook line
