CM&B delivered the 24,000-SF ground-floor fit-out for Time Out Market Boston, bringing the globally recognized food hall concept to New England for the first time. Located within the historic Landmark Building, the project transformed a former industrial warehouse into a dynamic, chef-driven marketplace in the heart of Fenway.

Designed to house 15 independent kitchen concepts, two full-service bars, a cooking academy, retail, and flexible communal seating, the space required thoughtful coordination and robust infrastructure to support high-volume culinary operations. The result is a high-energy hospitality destination that anchors the neighborhood and brings Boston’s food and culture together under one roof.
