CM&B completed a 35,000 SF multi-phase transformation of Wollaston Golf Club, enhancing member amenities while preserving the character of the historic club.
The project included construction of a new 15,000 SF Golf Facility building and a comprehensive 15,000 SF renovation of the existing two-level clubhouse. Dining, locker, fitness, and golf support spaces were modernized to support evolving member needs, while thoughtful sequencing allowed the club to remain fully operational throughout construction.
Site improvements further strengthened circulation and arrival, integrating new masonry, landscape plantings, cart paths, parking enhancements, and paving to complement the expanded facilities.
