Whole Foods Market – Hyannis

CM&B returned to Hyannis to deliver a full interior fit-up for Whole Foods Market, relocating the original 2014 store into a refreshed 45,000-SF space in Cape Town Plaza. This project highlights a long-standing partnership with Whole Foods Market, combining adaptive reuse, complex grocery systems, and strategic coordination with a multi-tenant retail redevelopment.

The transformation converted a former Kmart shell into a modern grocery destination with curated departments, high-performance refrigeration, and integrated indoor–outdoor community spaces. Executed within the constraints of an existing structure and as part of a larger phased redevelopment, the project demonstrates CM&B’s ability to deliver sophisticated retail environments on schedule.
