CM&B delivered a 21,000-SF two-floor fit-up for Time Out Market New York within the historic Empire Stores building, transforming a 19th-century warehouse into a modern, high-volume food hall. The project balanced adaptive reuse and landmark preservation with contemporary hospitality requirements, integrating multiple food and beverage concepts, bar service, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the East River and iconic Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.

Working within the constraints of a landmarked structure, CM&B coordinated complex MEP, structural upgrades, and interior build-out while preserving the building’s industrial character, including timber beams and brick walls. The project exemplifies CM&B’s expertise in large-scale adaptive reuse, hospitality fit-ups, and high-volume food service operations.
