CM&B completed the 3,500-SF build-out of SJ’s by Chef Sarah Wade at 745 Atlantic Avenue in Boston’s Leather District. Contracted by Oxford Properties Group, the restaurant serves as a premier amenity within a downtown life science building—bringing an elevated, chef-driven dining experience directly into the workplace environment.
Led by 2018 Chopped Gold Medal Games champion Sarah Wade, SJ’s marks her third Boston restaurant and a refined evolution of her comfort-driven culinary style. Designed with high-end finishes and delivered within a disciplined budget, the project reflects close collaboration between CM&B, Oxford, and the tenant team to successfully execute a bold vision.
