CM&B partnered with Penske Automotive Group to complete a two-phased, 15,000-SF renovation of the Porsche dealership in Warwick, RI. The project took place on an active automotive campus, requiring careful coordination around ongoing operations. The renovation included reconstruction of the showroom and service advisor areas, upgrades to the exterior façade, and infrastructure for EV charging stations, all delivered on an aggressive schedule with high-end finishes befitting the Porsche brand.
