CM&B delivered a 13,400-SF, two-floor hospitality and entertainment destination at Manhattan West, integrating Hidden Leaf, a high-end restaurant and café, with the state-of-the-art Midnight Theatre performance venue.

Constructed within Brookfield’s newly developed campus, the project required precise coordination of architectural, structural, acoustical, and advanced A/V systems to support a seamless transition between dining and immersive entertainment. The venue combines 160-tiered theatre seating, 270-degree projection mapping, and sophisticated sound and streaming capabilities — all integrated within a refined hospitality environment.
