CM&B partnered with Group 1 Automotive on our third dealership together, delivering a major renovation and expansion of Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough. The 30,000-SF interior fit-up and new 2,200-SF addition modernized the showroom and offices to meet Mercedes’ latest image standards. Careful planning ensured the dealership remained operational throughout construction, with sales temporarily relocated to on-site trailers.
