CM&B completed a 16,721-SF interior fit-up for L.L.Bean at The Shops at Highland Commons, bringing a new retail space to life with brand-consistent finishes, upgraded systems, and careful coordination to meet schedule requirements.
This project marked our first collaboration with Benderson Development and added to CM&B’s long-standing relationship with L.L.Bean, demonstrating our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality retail environments across multiple locations.
