Endicott College Venuti Hall

CM&B partnered with Endicott College to deliver Venuti Hall, a 58,000-SF, 4-story, 175-bed residence hall built on the site of the former “Modulars.” Featuring apartment-style suites, grab-and-go dining, and expansive common areas, the building creates a vibrant hub for student life, integrating learning, social engagement, and community.

This project represents CM&B’s third collaboration with the seaside campus, building on prior fast-track athletic locker room renovations and administrative building upgrades. The team carefully coordinated construction to maintain campus operations, ensuring students and faculty continued to experience a seamless campus environment throughout demolition and construction.
