CM&B partnered with Union Square Hospitality Group to deliver Ci Siamo—a 13,000 SF, three-story fine dining restaurant at Manhattan West. Working closely with Chef Hillary Sterling, the team brought to life a space defined by live-fire cooking, multiple kitchens, and handcrafted design details, including a bespoke stone mosaic entry, terracotta mural, and high-end custom finishes. The project required extensive pre-construction planning and complex coordination above the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel.
