Whole Foods Market Refrigerated Distribution Center – Cheshire

Over the course of a decade and four major phases, CM&B partnered with Whole Foods Market to expand and modernize their Refrigerated Distribution Center in Cheshire, CT—a critical hub supporting the grocer’s North Atlantic and Northeast Regions. The most recent phase included an 81,000-SF expansion, new freezer and loading dock facilities, and the conversion of existing warehouse space to meet evolving cold storage needs. Working on an active campus through all seasons and amid the global pandemic, CM&B maintained full operations while delivering on schedule and on budget.
