Whole Foods Market – Bryant Park

CM&B completed the two-level interior fit-out of Whole Foods Market’s flagship Midtown location within the MetLife Building at 42nd Street and 6th Avenue. Situated between Grand Central and Times Square and directly adjacent to Bryant Park, the store operates at some of the highest daily volumes in the region.

The project required the integration of full grocery operations, restaurant-style prepared foods, bar service, sushi, butcher, and bakery programs within a dense vertical footprint. Complex MEP coordination, vertical circulation planning, and tight Midtown logistics were critical to delivering a high-performance store designed to meet the pace and energy of New York City.
