CM&B has been an integral partner in the ongoing transformation of Tuscan Village—a 170-acre mixed-use destination built on the site of the former Rockingham Park Racetrack. Through multiple projects for the landlord and tenants, CM&B has delivered retail shells, hospitality venues, corporate interiors, and flagship retail spaces that bring the development’s vision to life. From the 44,000-SF Whole Foods fit-up to L.L.Bean’s experiential store overlooking the lake, each project reflects the craftsmanship and collaboration that define CM&B’s long-standing partnership with Tuscan Brands.
