Star Market – TD Garden

Located at the base of The Hub on Causeway and steps from TD Garden, this 60,000-SF Star Market flagship brought full-service grocery back to Boston’s West End. Designed to serve both daily commuters and downtown residents, the two-level store features fresh produce, prepared foods, a full-service pharmacy, Instacart fulfillment, and branded spaces for Starbucks and Regina Pizzeria. The project involved complex coordination with the existing stadium infrastructure—including cutting through a three-foot foundation wall—and creative MEP solutions to deliver a high-performance store in a dense urban setting.
