Sorella Cucina Toscana

CM&B partnered with longtime client Tuscan Brands to transform the former Tuscan Kitchen into Sorella Cucina Toscana, a fully reimagined restaurant and event destination in Burlington.

The project included a comprehensive exterior façade renovation and a complete interior reconstruction to support a new brand identity, updated layout, expanded bar program, and enhanced private dining capabilities. Working within an occupied mixed-use building, the team sequenced construction to minimize disruption to adjacent tenants while delivering a high-end hospitality environment aligned with the client’s evolving vision.

The renovated space now features a flexible function area accommodating up to 250 guests, positioning Sorella as both a dining destination and event-driven venue.
