CM&B partnered with Plumbers’ Supply Co., a family-owned business with nearly 70 years in southeastern Massachusetts, to deliver a 192,000-SF ground-up Corporate Headquarters and Distribution Center in New Bedford Industrial Park, MA. The state-of-the-art facility houses over 16,000 SKUs and 210 product lines while providing modern amenities for employees, including a live fire training center and fitness center. Construction included steel building systems, insulated metal panel exterior, and robust utilities, all completed on a 55-week schedule—supporting the company’s commitment to its people and the local community.
