CM&B completed a 13,000+ SF, two-level luxury restaurant build-out for Moxies at the base of the Ora Seaport tower, converting an unfinished retail shell into a high-energy, waterfront dining environment. The project combined complex vertical construction, premium finishes, and multiple kitchen and bar programs, all delivered on an accelerated schedule within one of Boston’s most active mixed-use districts.
