Mercado Little Spain

CM&B partnered with Think Food Group and chef José Andrés to deliver Mercado Little Spain—a 35,000 SF Spanish-style food hall located in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards. The project brought together three full-service restaurants, a dozen food stalls, tapas and cocktail bars, and curated retail spaces, all inspired by traditional mercados found across Spain. Designed by the Adrià brothers and José Andrés, the space immerses guests in a vibrant culinary journey, all built within one of NYC’s most complex and high-profile developments.
