CM&B delivered the 15,000-SF stand-alone L.L.Bean store at Tuscan Village in Salem, NH—an experiential waterfront destination designed to connect customers directly to the outdoors. Located on Tuscan Lake, the store provides beach access for testing kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing gear, while supporting L.L.Bean’s Outdoor Discovery Programs.
The project included full core and shell construction as well as a complete interior fit-up featuring extensive custom woodwork throughout. As only the second location to incorporate L.L.Bean’s new retail prototype design, the store introduces a modern, immersive environment that reflects the brand’s evolving vision for experiential retail.
