Harry’s Table by Cipriani

CM&B delivered the 28,000-SF build-out of Harry’s Table by Cipriani at 235 Freedom Place South within Manhattan’s Waterline Square development. As the first market-format culinary concept created by the four-generation Cipriani hospitality family, the project marked a significant expansion of the iconic brand.

Inspired by a traditional Italian street market, the upscale food hall features multiple food and beverage counters, full-service dining, bars, and outdoor seating—all within one cohesive hospitality environment. Located within the architecturally significant Waterline District on the Upper West Side, the project required precision coordination to meet the elevated design and operational standards synonymous with the Cipriani name.
