The interior fit-out spans a 17,000-SF cellar level and 1,000-SF ground-floor vestibule, requiring careful coordination of vertical access, building systems integration, and logistics within an occupied luxury residential tower. Developed by Golfzon in partnership with Troon, the venue combines 16 state-of-the-art simulator bays with a full commercial kitchen and bar, delivering a fully integrated entertainment destination designed for both residents and the broader Brooklyn community.
