CM&B completed a transformative, multi-phase redevelopment at The Shops at Evergreen Walk, Connecticut’s #1 most visited lifestyle center. The project included a new 40,000-SF shell building for Whole Foods Market, a 10,000-SF retail shell for future tenants, and full site development for a ground-up 3,300-SF Shake Shack, expanding the property’s dining and retail offerings.

The work involved demolition of two existing structures, extensive site improvements, utility relocations, and off-site infrastructure upgrades. New hardscape and landscaping enhanced the pedestrian experience, while a dedicated turn lane and upgraded signalization improved traffic flow and accessibility. The result is a modern, high-performance retail environment that supports national brands and serves as a vibrant destination for the community.
