Endicott College Administrative Offices

As part of Endicott College’s campus-wide program management initiative, CM&B completed a 27,000-SF partially occupied renovation of the former Nursing Building, transforming academic classrooms into modern administrative offices. Executed over a three-year period, the work supported the College’s long-term facilities strategy by repositioning existing assets to meet evolving operational and student needs.

Careful phasing and coordination allowed multiple campus projects to advance simultaneously while maintaining active student access—particularly to the adjacent Dance Facility. The result is a thoughtfully reconfigured administrative hub that enhances visitor circulation, improves accessibility, and supports the College’s continued investment in a vibrant, student-centered campus.
