CM&B’s first collaboration with Eataly began at their flagship Flatiron location in New York City. This multi-phase, occupied renovation and expansion introduced a new Café concept while enhancing one of the city’s most iconic culinary destinations.

The project included the expansion into an adjacent tenant space—formerly a shoe store—seamlessly transforming it into an extension of the flagship experience. Executed within a historic building in a dense Manhattan neighborhood, the work required careful coordination to maintain daily operations while delivering a refined, hospitality-driven environment.
