CM&B partnered with Village Automotive Group to transform a 1924 landmark—the former International Harvester Farm Equipment building—into a modern 72,000-SF Volvo dealership. The five-story renovation preserved the building’s historic character while creating a two-story showroom, basement-level drive-in service center, cafe, lounge, and office space. Careful planning and execution earned recognition from both the Boston Preservation Alliance and Preservation Massachusetts for excellence in historic preservation.
