From the College Classroom to the Construction Site

MILLSTONE MEDICAL Headquarters Expansion
CM&B, Inc. recently completed Millstone Medical’s 60,000-SF expansion for their new headquarters in Fall River, MA. The expansion included a 4,500-SF mechanical inspection area, upgraded office, meeting rooms and state-of-the-art warehouse with an industrial racking system.
FUJIFILM Warehouse Expansion
CM&B, Inc. recently completed a 50,000-SF addition to Fujifilm’s current 29,000-SF Warehouse in North Kingstown, RI. The expansion was necessary to support future growth of cutting-edge semiconductor materials.

There is an impressive history at the Wollaston Golf Club that dates back to 1895 with its original location in Quincy, MA. This private, member-owned 18-hole golf club is located in beautiful Milton, Massachusetts.

NEW PROJECT: Freudenberg Medical
Freudenberg Medical has selected CM&B, Inc. to build their new Global HQ and Silicone Manufacturing Plant in Beverly, MA. This will be a ground-up 36,621-SF prefabricated medical building and will include multiple clean rooms with ISO 8 standards, specialized air systems and finishes.
Preservation of the past will lay the foundation for a successful future
Preserving and protecting historic architectural buildings of the past has never been more important than the present. This type of restoration construction work not only prevents the demolition of landmarks but moves us further in the direction of sustainability and revitalization.
NEW PROJECT: Millstone Medical
Currently, under construction, this facility will include a state-of-the-art industrial racking system requiring a super flat concrete floor as well as a manufacturing and corporate office function. Scope of work also involves site development of fifteen acres to accommodate Millstone Medical’s new facility.
