CM&B delivered a ground-up Kia dealership on Route 1 North in Danvers, MA, expanding the International Cars portfolio with a modern, state-of-the-art facility. The project included demolition of an existing service area, a complete gut renovation of the showroom and office spaces to align with Kia’s new image program, and full site redevelopment with upgraded utilities, drainage improvements, and selective hazardous materials abatement.
Executed within a tight site footprint, the project required precise coordination of over 100 piles, complete steel erection, and careful sequencing of construction activities, resulting in a high-performance dealership with expanded service, technology, and parts capabilities.
