There is an impressive history at the Wollaston Golf Club that dates back to 1895 with its original location in Quincy, MA. This private, member-owned 18-hole golf club is located in beautiful Milton, Massachusetts.
CM&B, Inc. was hired to complete the construction of Wollaston Golf Clubs’ new 15,000-SF golf facility and renovation of their current 15,000-SF two-level clubhouse.
Golf Club Facility – Scope of Work
15,000-SF new Golf Facility building included a Pro Shop, Golf Simulators, Food & Beverage Cafe, Men’s Locker Room and 5,000-SF of Golf Club Storage.
Clubhouse – Scope of Work
Complete renovation of existing 15,000-SF two-level Clubhouse. Scope of work included Family Dining, Kitchen, Bar & Grill Room, Offices, Conference Room, Ladies Locker Room and Fitness Facility.
Site Improvements
Stone Masonry, Landscape Plantings, Grading, Bituminous Pavement, Cart Paths and Parking Areas.
