Over eight years, CM&B has partnered with Xaverian Brothers High School to expand and modernize its campus—building advanced academic spaces where students can explore, experiment, and excel.

Construction Complexities

Constructed a 12,300-SF Academic Wing with two 1,700-SF science labs and five classrooms for science and engineering programs.

Science labs outfitted with six-foot fume hoods, gel electrophoresis equipment, microscopes, and other advanced lab systems.

Renovated the 20,000-SF Ryken Wing, including the Chapel, administration areas, and relocation of an interior corridor to the courtyard.

Installed five new rooftop units to service guidance, admissions, and support staff in the renovated Ryken Wing.

Demolished an existing addition in the courtyard and created a construction entrance while maintaining safe, ongoing school operations.

Phased construction allowed demolition and early work to occur in occupied areas, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
