CM&B partnered with Freudenberg Medical to deliver a 37,000-SF ground-up Medical Manufacturing and Distribution Facility at their global headquarters in Beverly, MA. The state-of-the-art facility was designed to support mass production of medical devices and components, including high-performance silicones and implantable-grade plastics. Construction included complex cleanroom environments, advanced mechanical and electrical systems, and robust utilities to support high-bay storage and lab operations—all engineered to meet FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
