Located at 1122 Lexington Avenue, Eataly Caffè marks CM&B’s second collaboration with Eataly—bringing their next NYC Caffè to the Upper East Side. This 4,300-SF adaptive reuse project transformed a former FedEx storefront into a vibrant, two-level Italian café designed to take guests from morning espresso to evening aperitivo.

Blending coffee bar, pastry counter, gelato, grab-and-go retail, and seating for approximately 43 guests, the concept balances craftsmanship, culture, and convenience—delivering a refined hospitality experience within a mixed-use Manhattan building.
