The redevelopment of the former Reader’s Digest headquarters property will include 120,000-SF of ground-up retail space including a new 40,000-SF Whole Foods Market, a 40,000-SF Lifetime Fitness Center, five restaurants and a selection of shops that will complement the convenience and ambiance of the setting. The planned community will also offer flexible office and medical space as well as a luxury townhome development and affordable housing. Site improvements will include a substantial subsurface drainage system, expanded parking areas and traffic infrastructure improvements.
