As CM&B continues to grow, we’re pleased to announce our new Executive Management Team, a leadership group tasked with overseeing the company’s daily operations and supporting its continued growth.
Led by President Tim Puopolo, the Executive Management Team includes Chief Operating Officer Tom Tassinari, Executive Vice Presidents Jeremy Pollender and Steve Malenchini, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel Jon Mahoney. Together, the team brings decades of experience across operations, project delivery, client service, legal and risk management.
The team will collectively provide leadership across CM&B’s core business functions and guide the execution of the company’s strategic and business plans.
Tassinari, a 15-year CM&B veteran, provides executive leadership across the company’s operations and estimating functions, with oversight spanning pre-construction through project closeout. Pollender, also with 15 years at CM&B and more than 30 years in the construction industry, brings extensive experience in client service and business development and leads the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
With more than 28 years of construction and engineering experience, including 13 years at CM&B, Malenchini leads project operations across CM&B’s Boston and New York offices, with a focus on project execution and operational excellence. Mahoney, who joined CM&B in 2026, brings 27 years of experience advising construction industry organizations and provides leadership across the company’s legal, risk management and human resources functions.
The formation of the Executive Management Team is an important step in the continued evolution of CM&B. As the company grows, this experienced group of leaders will help guide the business while maintaining the values and culture that have shaped CM&B for more than three decades.
