Avon, CT
CM&B partnered with Carpionato Group on the construction of their uniquely positioned retail center at the front and center of Route 44 in Avon, Connecticut. The center is anchored with a 40,000-SF Whole Foods Market. The development includes new town roadways, retail parking lots, and traffic signalization along with the construction of 5 New England styled ground up retail buildings totaling over 125,000-SF.

Northshore Mall
Peabody, MA
CM&B is proud to partner with Simon Property Group on the renovation of the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA. Currently under construction, the redevelopment of 12.5 acres of existing site parcel due to demolition of the existing Sears building and construction of a 114,000-SF Lifetime Fitness. Construction will continue with 23,000-SF of additional retail space, removal and re-installation of a new mall vestibule as well as installation of a new 60,000-SF landscaped feature promenade.
