Essentially Smith & Wollensky has always had their locations located in major cities but recognized that their patrons wanted the ability to have a location in their own backyard. The Wellesley Smith & Wollensky will be the first suburban location for the company. We were honored to be selected as the Construction Manager for this project. We had an exception team of professional involved in this project including Niemitz Design Group and Stys Hospitality.
